This one-hour webinar will take you through the most recent developments in the past 9 months including any number of Court of Appeal decisions and High Court appeal decisions. We will then focus on how these cases affect your practice going forward and explore the use of the nuanced yet wide ranging tool that part 36 provide to litigators.

Speaker Profile:

This lecture will be presented by ANDREW MCLOUGHLIN – Andrew has been a Solicitor in Private Practice since 1983. He has been granted Higher Rights of Audience for Civil and Criminal proceedings and sits as a Recorder in the Crown and County Courts. He recently attended an updated Judicial College residential seminar on all aspects of the CPR.   In 2017 Andrew was appointed a Court Examiner by the Lord Chancellor.
