Lisa Forte and Jake Moore are the Cyber Protect Officers for the POLICE CYBER CRIME UNIT. They will give you an insight into what hackers see and think when they look at your law firm.
You will learn how they find information out about you and why they are becoming increasingly interested in law firms. Lisa will illustrate her talk with real cases that the Cyber Crime Unit has dealt with and the mistakes those businesses made when they were attacked. You will leave with plenty of food for thought and some simple steps you can apply to increase your firm’s security and resilience.
This talk will cover:
- The current attacks that the Cyber Crime Unit are seeing;
- What hackers see when they look at your law firm and your staff;
- Some simple steps that you can take to greatly mitigate the risk; and
- What to do should you find yourself under attack
