Emergency Wills

We appreciate that there are some circumstances in which somebody might need to have a Will drawn up at very short notice, for example due to illness.  Further, that it might not be possible to see a solicitor to provide them with instructions during their normal working hours.

Please note that although the Bournemouth & District Law Society (BDLS) has made this information available, no liability either to the quality of the work carried out nor to the service provided shall be borne by BDLS, but rather such liability must be borne by the member firm who accepts the instruction.
