Dispute Resolution Lawyer

We’re looking for a lawyer experienced in landlord and tenant, general property and civil litigation. This role will have a focus on business development. An exciting opportunity to join Laceys’ Legal 500 Dispute Resolution Department.

Employment Lawyer

Are you able to work on both non-contentious and contentious matters and to provide specialist advice to employers, HR Directors and managers across a range of employment law issues? We’re looking for someone who can assist with business growth in this area. You’ll be working closely with our Corporate and Commercial team to support their work when buying and selling business, advising on business restructuring and shareholder agreements.

Commercial Property Lawyer – Permanent and Locum

An opportunity to be an integral part of this well-established and growing team, advising on all types of commercial property matters. The team manage a wide client base including property developers, owners and investors, for all aspects of commercial property work, including sales, and purchases, of an extensive range of land and property types and landlord and tenant work.

Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer

In addition to supporting clients with sales and purchases, this is a chance to be part of a team who provide a full range of legal work relating to residential property including re-mortgages, equity release and transfer of equity, easements and rights of way, freehold and enfranchisement and leasehold extension, trusts and private mortgages. We’re looking for someone who’ll really get to know our clients’ needs and ensure that we continue to get a high number of returning clients.

Experience for all roles is important (at least 2 years PQE) but we’re also looking for someone who is personable and has the self-motivation for business development and networking. Local knowledge is an advantage. All roles provide the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in other teams where collaboration is needed.

Salary is commensurate with experience, £30,000 - £50,000 as a guide.
