Bournemouth & District Law Society (BDLS) – Administrator

BDLS are looking for a part-time Administrator for 13 hours a week to commence at the end of June.  The position will be based around a core of 3 mornings a week with the ability to be flexible in order to attend training and functions. The role will be working with the Office Manager and include:

  • General office duties including accounts work; dealing with the general public and members’ queries; managing the database.
  • Organising, processing and running training and social events -both face to face and virtually.
  • Organising BDLS Committee Meetings.
  • Collating the BDLS “Bournemouth Lawyer” Magazine.

The applicant should be a good communicator and have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.  Experience of organising functions would be an advantage. Preferably a car owner – mileage will be paid.
